Shipping policy

At Oriental Ego, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

  • All orders are packed and dispatched from Perth, WA.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: $7.50 AUD, estimated delivery 2-8 business days.

  • Express shipping: $17.00 AUD, estimated delivery 1–3 business days.

  • Deliveries are made via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all countries except the USA.

  • International shipping rates are $28.

  • Delivery timeframes: 6-27 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the Shop website or app.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@orientalego.com.au and we’ll assist you.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.

  • When the courier marks your package as “Delivered”, this confirms that your order has reached the address provided at checkout.

  • From this point, Oriental Ego is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels.

  • We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
